The service

PixNimbus provides free, browser-first tools plus optional server-powered features. The service is offered “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Always keep your originals and verify output before deleting sources.

Acceptable use

Use the tools for any lawful purpose, personal or commercial. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, abuse account systems, scrape at volume, host malicious or illegal content, or use automation to circumvent usage protections. Accounts or content used for abuse may be removed.

Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may request deletion of your account and its data at any time.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PixNimbus and PecanAI.io are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including data loss. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid (for free tools: zero).

Changes

We may update these terms; material changes update the “last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
